Basic travel information
Hiking week in Tuscany, Italy. The idyllic countryside of central Italy, Tuscany with its beautiful hills and historic sites, perhaps offers Italy at its best, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities.
The Tuscan region is known worldwide for its picturesque landscapes: the countryside dominated by cereal fields, flower meadows and cypresses is dotted with medieval hilltop villages and historic small towns. On a hike in Tuscany, we take light day trips through the countryside, while exploring medieval and Renaissance villages and towns, as well as the wine and food culture of the area. We travel to Italy on Finnair direct flights, and we stay comfortably on the way at a local rural tourism farm.
